Lawn Disease Rejuvenation – With a Savings Offer!
Last year the Midwest was hit with various lawn diseases such as Leaf Spot (aka Melting Out).
These diseases affect the lawn by causing it to appear as if it has dried up, browned out or gotten very thin throughout areas of the lawn. Symptoms can also look very similar to not watering enough or “dog tracks.”
These diseases are primarily caused by hot, wet weather that is typically seen midsummer. The disease dies when summer evening temperatures become lower, around the lower 60’s.
To rejuvenate a lawn affected by disease, the treatment plan would be to include a seeding program into your normal lawn care program once the disease is dead. We also have treatment plans to help prevent disease.
If you believe you may have experienced Leaf Spot in your lawn during the summer of 2012 – please contact us for a free consultation to diagnose & get a quote on reseeding.
Call us by May 1, 2013 and get an additional 10% off seeding programs!

We really advocate the use of fungus controls to minimize lawn disease in our area. In August and September our lawns really benefit from core aeration and seeding with the best, nationally ranked grass seed. You can see the difference in lawn quality with the better seed. Core aeration really helps break down and control thatch. There seems to be a little less lawn disease where core aeration has been performed.
